Hangzhou Tongshiwei Food Co., Ltd. was established in 2000 and is a professional nut food processing factory specializing in roasted nuts, seasoned nuts, and coated nuts and seeds. The company's main products include: almonds and seed products, macadamia nuts and seed products, walnuts and seed products, pecans and seed products, and pistachios and seed products. After 25 years of operation, the company has an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons of finished products. It currently has a factory area of 27,000 square meters and covers 20 mu of land. There are 5 fully automatic production lines, 10 X-ray machines, and color sorters. In 2011, the company obtained ISO9001 and HACCP quality management system certifications.
Factory introduction
From 2013 to 2020, the factory continuously accumulated and grew. It underwent its third expansion, covering an area of 8,700 square meters and having a construction area of 12,000 square meters. At that time, the domestic e-commerce industry was booming, and we established good cooperative relationships with well-known domestic e-commerce brands such as BaiCaowei, SanZhiSongShu, LiangPinPuZi, and WoLong.
Enterprise development
In response to the development needs of the industry, in 2021, we invested and built a modern standard factory in Longgang Industrial Park - the new company "Hangzhou TongShiWei Food Co., Ltd." The factory covers a total area of 19.99 mu and has a total construction area of 27,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons. It is equipped with 5 standardized production lines, 5 fully automated packaging lines, 3 X-ray machines, and 2 color sorters. The production scale has reached the leading level in the industry.
